The CBCC's 11th Annual General Meeting
was held on
19 November at 4.30pm virtually over Zoom.
The meeting began promptly with a short introduction by His Excellency Libor Secka, the Czech Ambassador to the UK, followed by a talk by the Rt Hon Greg Hands MP.
Greg was appointed Minister of State for Trade Policy in the Department for International Trade (DIT) in February 2020. He was previously Minister of State in the DIT from 2016 to 2018. He was elected the Conservative MP for Hammersmith and Fulham in 2005, and for Chelsea and Fulham in 2010 and again in 2015. He will share his thoughts on post COVID-19 and Brexit scenarios impact on trade and the economy.
His insightful speech was followed by a Q&A session.
The formal part of the meeting commenced at 5.15pm and finished at around 6pm.
