The special event "Made in Czech Republic"

Czech British Chamber of Commerce successfully organised The Czech Film industry venue at Czech Embassy in London

The Czech Film event on Thursday 24th September was a wonderful success. The combination of film experts, including the highly respected actor Herbert Lom, and CBCC members enabled a guest list of 50 people to congregate at the Czech Embassy for this event.

The presentations by Ludmila Claussova and Richard Miller generated an array of stimulating questions which were expertly managed by Mr Phillip Bergson.  Following the Q&A session the Embassy organised a fantastic buffet which fuelled the participant’s excitement for the main event of the evening - The UK Premiere of the romantic comedy “The Wrong Mr Johnson”  by kind permission of the director Carl Haber.

It was an excellent example of how the Czech Republic can produce high quality and highly enjoyable films for the international market.
